The price of your wedding depends on a variety of factors, such as:
- Do you plan to get married on a weekend (Fri-Sat) or weekday (Sun-Thurs)? (Weekdays are much more cost effective.)
- Do you plan to get married between October-May? If yes, please note that this is the prime wedding season as the weather is generally the most pleasant and accommodating.
- How many guests will you invite? (When your guest count goes up, so does the price.)What we can say is that we’ve created $2,000 weddings and we’ve created $80,000 plus weddings—it all depends on your desires, your budget, and your guest count. We are here to work with you and any budget you may have.
Yes! We love when couples bring in personal touches and DIY projects—just make sure you run everything you plan to use by your wedding coordinator to ensure all elements are Tonto-approved. (For example, please don’t bring confetti, items that may damage the property, or items that could catch fire.) We can even advise you about what sort of décor would work well with your vision and theme!
Please note that ALL of your decorations must be taken with you immediately after the event. We do not have storage area for your items, and are not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items.
Our service charge is a 22% fee charged on all Tonto Weddings food and beverage purchases. Service charges are an industry standard (almost every venue you will see during your comparison shopping will charge an 20%-24% service charge). Your contract will show a breakdown of the event elements and their costs, including the service charge, which covers the costs of Tonto Weddings staff.
Our available dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. We’d love for you to schedule a site inspection for you to come visit our venue, and we can help you select your perfect date—which we will absolutely hold for you once you make your first deposit in the amount of $500.
Your first payment will be 25% of the estimated total on your contract due 180 days prior to your wedding day. We accept checks, credit cards or cash. You can make the payment in person during your site visit, by mail or over the phone. All payments you make are credited to your final balance.
All deposits are non-refundable. If cancelled within 30 days prior to wedding date 75% of the estimated remainder due and and non-refundable vendor deposits will be due.
We totally get that your guest count may fluctuate in the weeks before your special day, so we don’t need to know your final count until 72 hours before your event. If your guest count goes down within the 72 hour period, you will still be held to your previous final guest count price.

No, Tonto Weddings will be happy to try to accommodate any special requests for your menu. Tonto Weddings has our own pastry chef and department on premise and would be happy to create the cake of your dreams!
No, our liquor license does not cover this. Sorry, it's an Arizona state law.
